Declaration Of Independence

Preamble

The 8th grade classroom of rm.207 must somehow overcome Mr.Skonecki. We as a classroom require to have some freedom and right of speech over Mr. Skonecki. So far in the school year of 2008-2009, we've been yelled at, wrongfully punished, and accused of things we have not committed. We as a classroom need to make a stand for our individuality. We don't need a tyrant like Mr. Skonecki.

Declaration Of Rights

We as a class require a certain amount of rights for us to run properly. The rights on this list are just a few of rights that we need. Here are three of those rights that the 8th grade class of 207 needs.

• We the 8th grade class of 207 require the right to freedom.
• We the 8th grade class of 207 require a right to a education.
• We the 8th grade class of 207 require the right of freedom of speech.

Grievances Against Mr.Skonecki

1. He insults his students.
2. He gives us too much homework.
3. He lets the other classes skip us in the lunch line.
4. He doesn't give us many breaks.
5. He can't hear if his life depended on it.
6. He can read our emails without our permission.
7. He makes little children cry in terror.
8. He favors the other class.
9. He takes the other class outside and not us.
10. He doesn't give students time to get in the classroom.

Resolution of Independence

So therefore, we as a class declare independence, freedom of speech, and the right to an education. We as a class are now breaking away from Mr. Skonecki's chains of enforcement. We declare that we are now Independent and no longer depend on Mr.Skonecki.
